Discounts given on property portfolios. I am happy to provide details of improvements which could be made that will qualify for the Landlords Energy Saving Allowance when an Energy Performance Certificate inspection has been carried out. Reports for larger businesses on improvements which qualify for tax allowances can also be carried out.
